Role Description The ServiceNow Senior Project Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals are met. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee project governance, risk management, and status reporting. Day-to-day activities include planning and tracking project milestones, facilitating workshops, aligning technical delivery with business requirements, and driving issue resolution. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks, and supporting pre-sales activities such as scoping and proposal development.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely delivery of tasks, manage dependencies, and remove blockers across teams.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to validate deliverables, ensure compliance with requirements, and maintain quality standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and activities across multiple workstreams and locations.
• Extensive experience managing ServiceNow or similar enterprise SaaS implementation projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and common modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or similar), with the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams and manage executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, and ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, ITSM) are preferred.
