We are currently undergoing significant international expansion and are seeking top-tier engineering talent to join our team.We are seeking an expert Mechanical Engineer specialized in the Weapons, Breech, and Recoil/Balancing Systems Design.

You will lead the development of next-generation military vehicle systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of recoil and balancing systems: Define, design, supervise the manufacturing, and execute testing for critical subsystems, including the recoil brake, recuperator, and equilibrator of the oscillating mass.Breech design and synchronization: Design the breech block and its associated mechanisms.

Provide and calculate weapon system cycle times to determine and optimize theoretical and actual rates of fire.Test planning: Organize and supervise testing protocols and trials prior to live-fire testing, ensuring the structural integrity of the system.Weapon system integration: Coordinate and integrate into the overall assembly the subsystems designed by other technical areas, including:Cradle and trammel plates / cheeks (barrel structural interface).Firing mechanism, safety systems, and interlocking mechanisms.Aiming systems, servo-drives, and stabilization.Automation, mechanized loading, and ammunition feed systems.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Armament Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of artillery systems or turrets for armored vehicles.Proficiency in dynamic simulation tools, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and 3D CAD design software.Deep understanding of internal fatigue of materials applied to defense systems.High level of technical English (C1 level, standard for international co-development environments). xcskxlj Employment ConditionsLocation: Availability to work in one of these three locations: Madrid, Cordoba, or SevilleContract Type: Permanent / IndefiniteBenefits: Continuous professional development and specialized defense sector training.
