As a personal Client Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, guiding them through our comprehensive range of services and representing our brand with professionalism.

In this role, your daily tasks will combine client communication with active support across various business areas. Previous industry experience is not required, as we invest in your future and provide thorough onboarding to set you up for success from day one:

• Welcoming and advising clients as their primary contact person
• Competently guiding clients through our full portfolio of services
• Assisting with sales processes and customer consultations
• Managing diverse commercial and organizational administrative tasks

To thrive in our team, you should bring an open mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service on Mallorca:

• Native-level German along with very good Spanish language skills
• Joy in interacting with people and a dedicated service mindset
• Strong organizational talent, high sense of responsibility, and self-initiative
