Draftsperson in Palma

Are you an experienced draftsperson looking for a stable role in the natural stone and construction sector in Mallorca? An established marble company in Palma is looking for a qualified second-class draftsperson to join their technical team on a permanent, full-time contract.

In this role, you will be on the move and directly connected to both construction sites and residential projects across the island. Your primary focus will be taking accurate on-site measurements and preparing precise technical data so the workshop team can manufacture custom marble elements flawlessly.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• 
  
• Visiting construction sites and private residences across Mallorca for technical assessments
  
• Taking detailed on-site measurements for various marble installations, such as staircases, sills, facades, kitchen countertops, and bathrooms
  
• Using digital measuring equipment including Proliner systems
  
• Drafting and modeling project specifications using AutoCAD and SketchUp
  
• Coordinating closely with the workshop operators to ensure seamless preparation and cutting of materials
  

What you bring to the role:

• 
  
• A completed Higher Vocational Training degree (Formación Profesional de Grado Superior) in drafting, architecture, or related technical fields
  
• At least 24 months of relevant professional experience in drafting or site measurement
  
• Proficient skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Proliner digital templating
  
• Fluency in Spanish and an intermediate level of English (formal certificate not xqbhyrx required)
  
• A valid class B driving licence for site visits across Palma and Mallorca
  

What the position offers:

• 
  
• A permanent, full-time contract (Contrato Indefinido)
  
• A gross annual salary of €28,187.83, based on the Balearic construction sector collective agreement (Professional Group 4, Pay Level VII)
  
• A standard working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  
• Start date scheduled for October 26, 2026
