Spain - Luxury Car Rental Sales Manager

WE’RE EXPANDING ACROSS EUROPE - AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR SALES TALENT

We are a luxury car rental company based in Marbella, specialising in premium monthly and long-term rentals.

Our fleet includes high-end vehicles such as Mercedes-AMG, Lamborghini, Aston Martin and other premium models.

Our cars are currently based in Marbella, but for rentals of 3+ months, we can arrange delivery anywhere in Europe for free. For less months, the client takes care of the transport fees.

And now we’re taking the next step.

We are looking for an independent Sales / Business Development Managers to develop our international client base:

Spanish-speaking market - ideally Marbella or Madrid based

We are open to profiles based in other cities with strong networks.

What you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle:

• Find and develop new clients

• Build your own client network & leverage your existing network

• Identify opportunities and generate leads

• Understand the client’s needs and recommend the right vehicle

• Prepare and present offers

• Negotiate and close deals

• Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business

• Develop partnerships with luxury real estate, concierge, travel, relocation and other relevant businesses

Who we’re looking for

We’re not necessarily looking for a traditional car rental salesperson.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to find opportunities and close them.

You could be a:

• Luxury Sales professional

• Real Estate Agent

• Concierge

• Travel Advisor

• Relocation Consultant

• Automotive Sales professional

• Yacht / Aviation professional

• Business Development Manager

• Or simply someone with a strong network of high-value clients

Most importantly, you are proactive, commercially minded, independent and hungry to grow.

The opportunity

This is a fully commission-based position - there is no fixed salary.

Your earning potential is directly connected to the business you generate.

You will have access to our premium fleet, pricing, sales materials and operational support - but you own your market and your results.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a serious portfolio of high-value clients and recurring business, rather than simply work a 9-5 sales job.

Base: Marbella or Madrid

Market: All of Europe

Product: Luxury monthly & long-term car rentals

Compensation: Commission-based, monthly recurring

Languages/markets: Spanish and English
