The project strengthens sustainable mobility efforts while boosting the regional industrial ecosystem through advanced international technology and efficient production.

About the Role

You will be working in the Production Control Department playing a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our processes. In this position, you will support the development, optimization, and maintenance of automated production systems, collaborating closely with cross‐functional teams such as Quality & Production.

Responsibilities

1. Production, Operation scheduling and Planning

• Pre-Series/Series build schedule, Capacity Analysis, project volume, Shift Pattern decision
• Project time schedule & Mileston, JIS live Production anaysis & Evaluation

2. Change Management

- Aeko&ECR's, Engineering Changes,4M, Tracking

3. Master Data Management

- BOM (Bill of Material)accurcy, SAP PP, MM Master Management and process improvement.

4. Monitoring production KPI's

- OEE,Bottlenecks,Downtime,Ahead/Behind Scheduele,Pending issuesand adjusting unforeseen issues.

5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Degree in Logistics, Engineering or International Business

Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel
• Solid understanding of industrial automation and control systems
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‐solving skills
• Familiarity with mass‐production environments and automotive industry
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‐functional teams
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization
