We are currently looking to employ a Generalist Field Application Engineer to join our Advanced Engineering team in Madrid. As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) we will expose and train you on the portfolio of the world's top semiconductor manufacturers that offer cutting edge technology solutions. You will work with and recommend engineering solutions to original equipment manufacturers across your market segments including automotive, industrial, military, commercial, medical, solid-state lighting and many others. Your career will start with intensive training, and you will be mentored by our best-in-class Advanced Engineers, Advanced Engineering Managers and our suppliers. We have a unique combination of people, programs, and strategies making us the largest and fastest growing electronics distributor in the world. The prime responsibility of a Generalist Field Applications Engineer (gFAE) is to provide Applications and Design Solutions to the Company’s customer base, utilising previous design and product knowledge gained through education, experience as well as training seminars held by the Manufacturers for which the Company is franchised. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Minimum of five years design experience either in the field or with an electronics company.
