You’ll work across GDS platforms, assess airline policies and operational risk, decide when Nuitée should intervene (and when it shouldn’t), and help build the processes behind a growing travel technology company.

What you’ll be doing

AsaFlightOperationsAgentL2,you’llowncasesthatrequireexperience,technicalexpertiseandsoundjudgment.

You’ll:

• Manageescalatedflight-servicingrequestsfromourL1team.
  
• Executemanualpost-bookingactions,includinginvoluntaryschedulechanges,ticketchanges,reissues,refunds,namecorrectionsandre-accommodations.
  
• WorkdirectlyinGDSplatformsandairlinesystemstoresolvecomplexcases.
  
• Reviewfarerules,bookinghistoryandairlinepoliciestodeterminetherightresolution.
  
• DecidewhetherNuitéeshouldprocessarequestorwhetherthetravellershouldworkdirectlywiththeairline.
  
• Balancecustomeroutcomeswithoperationalandcommercialrisk.
  
• CollaboratewithCustomerSupport,Product,EngineeringandOperationstoimproveprocessesandidentifyopportunitiesforautomation.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has5+yearsofexperienceinflightoperations,airlineservicing,ticketingorpost-bookingsupport.
  
• Hasstrong,hands-onexperiencewithatleastonemajorGDS,suchasSabre,Travelport(Galileo/Worldspan)orAmadeus.
  
• Haspersonallyhandledcomplexservicing,includingschedulechanges,ticketmodifications,reissuesandrefunds—notjustreservationsorticketsales.
  
• Makessoundoperationaldecisionsandiscomfortableworkingindependently.
  
• CommunicatesclearlyinEnglish,includingwhendocumentingcasesandexplainingdecisions.Additionallanguagesareaplus.
  
• Thrivesinafast-movingenvironmentwhereprocessescontinuetoevolve.
