€250 per day | 12-Month Contract | Long-Term Extension | Fully Remote in Spain

83zero are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a global technology organisation on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for long-term extension.

This is a fully remote opportunity for someone based in Spain , working across complex Professional Services engagements and acting as the key link between customers, technical delivery teams, partners and internal stakeholders.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer-facing technology projects from planning through to successful delivery.

You will:

• Manage multiple Professional Services projects simultaneously
• Establish and maintain strong project governance and delivery processes
• Coordinate customers, technical teams, partners and third-party suppliers
• Develop project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones and communication frameworks
• Manage resources, priorities, risks, dependencies and escalations
• Track project progress and provide clear reporting to key stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as a key point of contact throughout delivery
• Translate customer business requirements into clear delivery objectives
• Identify potential delivery issues early and drive appropriate resolution
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve delivery performance
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Maintain project documentation and ensure delivery standards are followed

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Spanish
• Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience
• Experience delivering complex enterprise technology projects involving software and infrastructure
• Strong experience within a Professional Services, consulting or customer delivery environment
• Proven experience managing several projects concurrently
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing project governance, milestones, risks, resources and escalations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and reporting capabilities
• Experience handling conflict resolution and customer escalations
• Experience working with enterprise security or cybersecurity projects would be highly advantageous
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer challenges
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working within a fast-paced international environment

Desirable Experience

• Professional Services or consulting experience within an enterprise software organisation
• Experience managing enterprise software deployments within customer environments
• Cybersecurity, data security or systems management experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP or equivalent certifications
• Experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce PSA or similar platforms
