What You'll Be Doing Build

the strategic procurement framework across European operations, establishing processes, reporting and supplier evaluation. Lead

negotiations with suppliers and contract manufacturers across pricing, payment terms, MOQs and commercial agreements. Drive

cost optimisation and supplier diversification using market intelligence and structured sourcing strategies. Partner

with senior leadership, R&D, Quality, Finance and Sales on sourcing, margin, forecasting and supply decisions.

What You'll Bring Senior strategic procurement, sourcing or category management experience within food, nutrition, ingredients, FMCG or another relevant regulated manufacturing environment. Strong experience managing suppliers and outsourced or contract manufacturing relationships. Evidence of delivering measurable commercial improvements through sourcing, negotiation and supplier development. Fluent English and Spanish, with flexibility for occasional European travel.
