We are seeking a versatile and strategic Portfolio Manager to join our core team.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our active startups to accelerate their growth, design and execute Go-To-Market strategies across B2B and B2C models, build indirect sales channels/partnerships, and assume hands-on fractional roles (Product Ownership / GTM) when required.

You will also collaborate directly with the CEO in supporting investment evaluations, deal structuring, and shareholder agreement reviews.2. Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Strategy & Hands-on LeadershipOperational Guidance: Conduct business reviews with portfolio founders and executive teams to establish clear milestones, track KPIs, and drive sustainable growth.

Fractional Strand Ownership: Step directly into portfolio ventures to assume key fractional roles (e.g., Fractional Chief Product Officer, Product Manager, or Growth Lead) during key incubation or pivot phases.

Product and GTM Strategy Definition: Influence, design and approve product roadmap as well as comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for both B2B and B2C segments for JMCM's subsidiaries.

Market Intelligence & Risk Assessment: Analyze the competitive landscape and market dynamics surrounding portfolio companies to identify strategic risks, growth opportunities, and market trends and threats.

Venture Support & Investment Assistance (Supporting the CEO)Deal Pipeline Collaboration: Support the CEO in identifying, screening, and evaluating high-potential digital startup opportunities aligned with JMCM's thesis.

Investment Due Diligence & Structuring: Assist the CEO during strategic, commercial, and tech due diligence, contributing to financial evaluations and investment memos.

Deal Documentation Support: Help review and refine investment documentation, including Letters of Intent (LOIs), Term Sheets, and Shareholder Agreements (SHAs) alongside legal and deal leads.3.

Profile & QualificationsCore RequirementsDigital Ventures & Product Ownership: Proven track record in managing digital ventures, digital product strategy, or hands-on product ownership/lifecycle management across active startup portfolios. B2B & B2C GTM Strategy: Solid experience creating and deploying Go-To-Market strategies for both B2B enterprise/SMB sales models and B2C direct customer segments. Demonstrated expertise in structuring indirect channels, channel enablement, reseller networks, and strategic commercial partnerships.

General Business Strategy & Execution: Strong background in business planning, key metrics tracking, operational efficiency, and cross-functional leadership.

Investment & Deal Process Familiarity: Good understanding of the venture capital lifecycle with experience supporting deal processes, including working with LOIs, Term Sheets, and Shareholder Agreements.
