Experteer Overview As an IT- SAP ERP QM specialist, you will implement and optimize SAP QM solutions to support quality management in a manufacturing/aerospace context. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reliable system performance and user satisfaction. You’ll lead end-to-end QM projects, develop documentation, and train users while staying current with SAP QM best practices. Your work helps sustain compliance and continuous improvement across SAP-integrated modules.

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions with configuration and integration to SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM)
• Provide expert support for SAP QM functionalities, including incident resolution and performance optimization
• Lead and participate in SAP QM projects from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides
• Conduct user training and ongoing support for SAP QM functionalities
• Collaborate with process owners to identify improvement opportunities and propose QM solutions
• Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure quality and integrity of solutions
• Stay updated with SAP QM technologies and best practices to enhance capabilities
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirementsResponsabilidades

Responsabilidades

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation, and support
• Strong understanding of quality management processes in manufacturing or aerospace
• Proven experience with SAP QM: Quality Inspection, Planning, Certificates, Notifications, Audit Management
• Familiarity with SAP QM integrations to PP, MM, SD, PM
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies and ITIL frameworks
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Spanish and English
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a complex international environment
• SAP QM certification is highly desirable
