German-Speaking Account Executive - Remote from Spain

We are looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing international sales team in Madrid, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with experience in sales, business development, outbound prospecting, inside sales, or account management to work with clients in the German-speaking market.

About The Role

As a German-Speaking Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the German-speaking market. You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, and convert qualified leads into paying subscribers.

You will work in a dynamic international environment where performance, commercial mindset, and strong communication skills are key to success.

Please note: Candidates must currently reside in Spain and have the legal right to work in Spain. Relocation support is not provided.

What You'll Do

• 
  
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing
  
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market
  
• Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity
  
• Make approximately 80–100 calls per day
  
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
  
• Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process
  
• Convert trials into paid subscriptions
  
• Generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
  
• Work with system-assigned leads and maintain consistent follow-up
  
• Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions, and revenue
  
• Successfully close new business opportunities
  
• Hand over new customers to the Customer Experience team after subscription activation
  

What You Bring

• 
  
• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in German
  
• Strong professional communication skills in English
  
• Currently living in Spain
  
• Legal right to work in Spain
  
• 1–6 years of experience in a commercial or customer-facing role
  
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Call Center, or Outbound Prospecting is highly valued
  
• Confidence and resilience when cold calling and speaking with potential clients
  
• A strong commercial mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets
  
• Comfortable working with KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue targets
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  

Working Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00

Friday: 09:00–15:00 (Friday afternoons are off)

Flexibility is especially valued during the onboarding period, and working hours should align with US time zones when required.

Compensation & Benefits
