Sales & Business Development Manager – Robotics (Iberia, Spain or Portugal-Based Candidates Only)

NACHI Robotics Europe is expanding in Spain and Portugal. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales & Business Development Manager to develop both markets and establish NACHI’s robotics business across Iberia.

This role carries exceptional long-term potential. The selected candidate will build the Iberian market and grow into the General Manager position for Iberia as the organization develops.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand NACHI’s robotics presence across Spain and Portugal
• Build and manage relationships with system integrators, OEMs and key industrial customers
• Drive robot sales and identify strategic market opportunities in both countries
• Represent NACHI Robotics within the Spanish and Portuguese automation ecosystems
• Support the long-term development of the Iberia organization

Profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in industrial robotics, automation or related industrial technology
• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
• Fluent English and professional proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese are required
• Home office based within Spain or Portugal, with willingness to travel across both countries
• Applications from outside Spain and Portugal will not be considered
