Digital Paid Media Manager

Position

Position: Paid Media Manager PALM ERA, an international marketing agency, is currently looking for a Paid Media Manager highly experienced with Meta & Google and fully bilingual ENG. If you're passionate about leading Paid Media strategies, driving results, and building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital media campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and optimize digital audiences to maximize campaign performance.
• Define KPIs, analyze results, and generate clear, actionable reports.
• Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a simple and effective way.
• Design and implement paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with media analytics to establish measurement frameworks and monitor program progress.
• Provide ongoing review and monitoring of paid media spend per campaign.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality execution.

Abilities

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with clients effectively (must).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Excel and Looker.
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
• Desire to grow and drive results.
• High energy and leadership mindset.

Required experience

• At least 8+ years of experience working in advertising agencies is a MUST.
• Proven track record managing Paid Media campaigns across Google & Meta platforms.
• A bachelors degree with a digital emphasis in advertising and marketing solutions is preferred. xcskxlj
