CaixaBank's Digital Assets Division develops and implements capabilities, products, and services based on distributed ledger technology and digital assets to support business model evolution and the transformation of financial services.

Задачи:

• Lead digital asset initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and evolution
• Define value propositions, business cases, success metrics, and operating models
• Coordinate involved teams to ensure project execution and milestone delivery
• Translate business needs and market trends into concrete solutions with real impact
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and obstacles affecting initiative evolution
• Participate in evaluating technology alternatives and implementation models
• Drive adoption of new capabilities and ensure their integration into organizational processes and operations
• Act as the connection point between internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.

Требования:

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Proven experience in product, strategy, or transformation roles in complex and regulated environments
• Experience delivering complex products or initiatives end to end
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to launch pilots, MVPs, or products into production
• Strong execution ability and impact orientation
• Practical, results-oriented mindset
• Proactive and innovative approach to finding creative solutions
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and align diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to manage complex projects autonomously and with a results-oriented approach

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, business case preparation and validation, and stakeholder management
• Fluent English
• MS Office and written presentation skills
• Written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of materials for senior management and governance forums
• Nice to have: Banking or financial sector and business model knowledge, product management and stakeholder leadership experience, more than 5 years of experience in financial services ideally in retail banking, xghoner consulting, or leading market infrastructure providers, knowledge of retail banking products and services and market structure including FX, financing, ECM, LDCM, clearing, custody, settlement, and regulatory frameworks, proven experience and strong interest in Digital Asset and DLT-based products, services, and business models.
