As Industrialization Team Lead, you will play a key role in bridging product development and manufacturing, ensuring new technologies are successfully industrialized and brought to market.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for industrialization activities across the product lifecycle. Working closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams, you will help transform product concepts into scalable, reliable, and efficient manufacturing solutions.

This position offers a unique combination of technical leadership and people management. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support manufacturing readiness, and contribute to the successful launch of new products. You will also have the opportunity to influence industrialization strategies, develop team capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead the Industrialization team and support its professional development.
  
• Drive the successful transfer of new products from development to manufacturing.
  
• Coordinate industrialization activities across engineering, operations, and quality functions.
  
• Define and implement manufacturing processes that support quality, cost, and productivity targets.
  
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across production and industrialization activities.
  
• Support root cause investigations and the implementation of corrective actions.
  
• Ensure manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and design changes.
  
• Manage project priorities, resources, and timelines to achieve business objectives.
  
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  

Your background

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or a related area.
  
• Previous experience leading technical teams or coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product introduction, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
