The Opportunity

Are you a proficient German speaker eager to launch your professional journey in sunny Valencia? We are seeking driven Customer Advisors to support our expanding financial services initiative. Offering both full-time positions and adaptable part‑time schedules, this opportunity allows you to become part of an energetic, global workforce in a top Mediterranean hub.

In this position, your duties extend beyond taking calls; you will represent a prominent financial institution, supporting clients with money management, online platform navigation, and complex problem resolution through empathetic and professional service.

What You'll Do

• Expert Support: Provide high‑quality assistance to German‑speaking clients across phone, email, and live chat channels regarding account maintenance, money transfers, and online features.
• Problem Solving: Determine client requirements and deliver prompt, personalized solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Uphold strict data protection standards and adhere to financial guidelines to guarantee safe account processing.
• Continuous Improvement: Work alongside team members to continuously optimize the customer experience.

Training & Development

Our comprehensive orientation program prepares you thoroughly before you interact with live customers:

• Initial Duration: First 5 weeks
• Schedule: Starts from 09:00 to 15:00, then shifts to your designated permanent working hours
• Content: In‑depth instruction covering financial software, industry regulations, and advanced communication methods

Working Hours & Options

Select a fixed working arrangement prior to your start date, with both full‑time and adaptable part‑time arrangements available:

• Contract Types: Standard 40‑hour full‑time, alongside 30‑hour and 35‑hour part‑time choices
• Morning Shift: 07:00–16:00
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00–24:00
• Type: Fully office‑based in our Valencia location

Candidate Profile

• Language Skills: Native or near‑native German (C1/C2) and proficient English (B2 or higher).
• Mindset: An optimistic, proactive approach with strong growth potential. Previous experience in customer support or banking is helpful, though not essential. xqbhyrx
• Residency: Local resident of Valencia or ready to relocate, possessing valid EU work permissions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €21,000 gross per year (adjusted accordingly for part‑time hours)
