What you’ll be doing

• Take full ownership of turnover, margin and overall performance across your territory
• Manage and grow an established customer base while developing high‑value new accounts
• Identify new market opportunities and drive proactive customer acquisition
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and deliver value‑driven proposals
• Provide technical consulting on complex automation applications and sensor solutions
• Lead the entire sales cycle — from first contact to successful closing
• Implement corporate marketing and sales strategies within your region
• Represent the business at trade fairs, conferences and industry events

What you’ll bring

• Degree‑level education in Electrical Engineering, STEM, or equivalent technical background (Preferable)
• Strong experience in industrial automation, ideally in a field‑based sales role
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to make things happen
• Solid understanding of automation technologies, sensor applications and integration
• High self‑motivation, especially in developing new customers and expanding existing potential
• Structured, efficient working style with a team‑oriented, results‑driven mindset
