As a Talent Acquisition Partner (junior) you will. * Partner with hiring managers and HR to define sourcing strategies tailored to market and role requirements. * Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. * Drive recruitment with a focus on employer brand, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). * Leverage recruitment tools and channels to engage both passive and active candidates, bringing creative and out-of-the-box solutions. * Contribute to talent acquisition process improvement and branding initiatives, helping define next-generation best practices. Required Qualifications * 1+ years of experience in Global Talent Acquisition, ideally within international organization * Strong background hiring for technical roles such as Machine Learning, AI, Software Engineering, MLOps, and DevOps and sales roles like Enterprise Account Executive. * Hands‑on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably TeamTailor, to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows. * Proven expertise in sourcing methods, interviewing, and candidate assessment. * Proficiency with social media recruiting (especially LinkedIn Recruiter) and leveraging multiple channels for brand awareness. * Resourceful, detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure. * Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications * Creative approach to sourcing and ability to continually explore new channels. * Experience using AI-driven hiring tools (e.g., ChatGPT, hireEZ, NovaAI, Juicebox).
