Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of luxury real estate development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee the entire project life cycle, from site selection and acquisition to construction and delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective project delivery.
• Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential development opportunities.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the development team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.
• Contribute to the development of the company's overall real estate development strategy.
• Identify and assess new development opportunities aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, architects, and other partners.
• Represent the company in negotiations and discussions related to development projects.
• Stay informed about local zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate market.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions on project viability.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Spanish speaker and does not need a work permit in Spain.
• Experience in construction and development in Costa Del Sol is a must.
• At least 10 years' experience in planning and execution.
• Executed at least one major project, not just designed but also executed. xcskxlj
• Experience in the GCC preferably, but not mandatory.
