Business Inside Sales Manager with German

Our client is seeking for a Business Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Commercial Inside Account Executives. In this leadership role, you will drive growth across medium-sized business accounts, create strong channel partner alliances, and mentor top sales talent. You will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and supporting team members to ensure individual development and overall sales effectiveness.

Languages:

• Bilingual proficiency or equivalent in German
• Full professional level of English

Main Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 10-15 Inside Account Executives
• Sales Strategy & Pipeline Execution: Develop targeted business plans and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline; You will utilize data-driven insights, heatmaps, and whitespace analysis to hunt new logos and maximize revenue
• Channel Partner Collaboration: Create strong, strategic relationships with channel partners and internal teams to expand market reach and successfully execute joint sales initiatives
• Account Growth & Customer Success: Drive customer retention while actively identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize account value
• Sales Operations & Innovation: Leverage CRM systems and emerging technologies to streamline operations

Core Skills/Experience

• 8-10 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record in sales management (preferably in B2B inside sales or telesales environments)
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced tech environment
• Strong capability in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management, with the ability to turn market complexities into actionable strategies
• High proficiency with CRM tools and curiosity in adopting emerging technologies, especially AI, to enhance productivity and customer engagement
• A Bachelor's degree would be a plus
