We’re looking for a Bid Technical Manager (ONB)
You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication - because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.
Your role, your impact
- Lead and coordinate the engineering team assigned to onboard signalling tenders
- Analyse customer requirements, identify gaps versus reference products, and define optimal technical solutions
- Manage technical interfaces with customers and conduct technical clarification meetings
- Assess technical risks and ensure mitigation plans are aligned with engineering teams and platforms
- Establish engineering commitments related to quality, cost, delivery, planning, and risk management
- Prepare and validate technical documentation and engineering assumptions for tender submissions
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, project management and bid management - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- 3-5 years of experience in signalling projects
- Project management experience or strong leadership capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
- Rail industry experience is highly valued
- Fluent English communication skills
- French language skills are desirable

- On-time completion of engineering commitments and tender milestones
