To join Etihad's Cabin Crew team, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 years old
• Minimum height: 163 cm (no reach test required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• High standard of personal grooming
• No visible tattoos or piercings; one earring per lobe permitted for females
• Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions
• Willingness to serve alcohol, including during Ramadan, and comply with UAE & GCAA requirements
• Ability to swim with a flotation device
