At Iventions, we create international events, exhibitions and brand experiences for some of the world's leading brands and international organizers.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Director who sees Marketing not as a simple communicative expression, but as a driver to boost our pipeline, as an engine for business growth, and a method to return on brand equity.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Creative. You'll generate business opportunities, strengthen our market positioning, understand our clients' brands and ensure that every expression of Iventions, from a client pitch to a campaign or internal communication, speaks with one strong and consistent voice.

Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll work closely with our Commercial, Creative and People teams.

What you'll do

• 
  
• Turn Marketing into pipeline
  Build and lead a marketing strategy directly connected to business growth. Develop campaigns that generate qualified opportunities through digital acquisition, content, SEO/SEM, paid media, CRM, automation, data and new channels.
  
• Become a strategic partner to sales
  Work closely with our Commercial team on priority markets, sectors and prospects. Build campaigns and create outstanding custom business decks, credentials, case studies and commercial presentations that help us open conversations and win business.
  
• Understand our clients, not just our brand
  Our clients operate across sports, aviation, technology, pharmaceuticals, education and international corporate environments. You will need to understand their businesses, audiences and brands, and to turn those insights into stronger ideas, campaigns and commercial opportunities.
  
• Build a brand people remember
  Partner with Creative to strengthen Iventions' international positioning and ensure our campaigns, decks, case studies and communications have a distinctive and recognisable Iventions footprint.
  
• Put Iventions in the right rooms
  Identify the congresses, industry events, communities and partnerships where we should be present, and be comfortable representing Iventions, networking and building relationships yourself.
  
• Make our best work visible
  Drive our PR, thought leadership and industry awards strategy, identifying the projects and stories that deserve greater visibility across the events, experiential, advertising and marketing industries. Your PR efforts facilitate and support our business development objectives well.
  
• Build the marketing engine of the future
  Think in systems, not isolated actions. Explore how AI, automation, data, CRM and new ways of working can make Marketing smarter, more effective and scalable.
  

And together with our People team, help ensure that our internal communication and employer brand feel connected to how we present ourselves externally.

Who we’re looking for

You're a marketer with a commercial personality.

You understand brand and communication deeply, but you also understand pipeline, clients and business. You're confident, resourceful, curious and an exceptional communicator. You enjoy meeting people, building relationships and turning ideas into opportunities.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 
  
• Strong experience in Marketing, Advertising, Brand, Growth or Demand Generation, ideally in an agency, events, experiential or international B2B environment.
  
• Proven ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and commercial objectives.
  
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaigns, paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM and lead generation.
  
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and deck-building skills.
  
• A strong commercial mindset and confidence partnering with Sales.
  
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
  
• Curiosity and hands‑on understanding of AI, automation and emerging marketing tools.
  
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and international clients.
  
• Outstanding English; additional languages are a plus.
