As Engineering Manager at Perk, you guide and develop a team of software engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality features aligned with our Tribe’s mission. You act as a servant leader, fostering performance, coaching careers, and ensuring engineering practices meet business needs. You’ll shape long-term roadmaps with Product Management and enable cross-functional collaboration to power a seamless customer experience. This role combines hands-on technical influence with people leadership to drive real impact in a fast-growing company.

• Deliver and develop your team, acting as a servant leader and supporting career growth
• Foster high-performing culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance management

• Enable effective collaboration across the team on architecture, design, and implementation

• Provide feedback to stakeholders within Builders (Product and Eng) and wider business
• 5-8 years of experience managing software engineers
• Experience managing teams of 8-10 engineers
• Hands-on software engineering background (IC)
• People manager with proven culture-building abilities
• Experience establishing xcskxlj processes and delegation for larger teams
• Strong problem-finding and problem-solving skills (technical and organizational)
• Ability to run effective performance reviews and support career growth
