Key Responsibilities * Manage supplier quality performance across naval and shipbuilding suppliers. * Lead supplier qualification, audits and development activities. * Manage non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, RCCA and quality tools. * Monitor supplier quality KPIs and improvement plans. * Ensure compliance with customer, industry and classification society requirements. Requirements * Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background. * Experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality or Supply Chain Quality within the naval, marine or shipbuilding sector. * Experience managing supplier audits, NCRs and CAPA processes. * Knowledge of: - 8D - RCCA - CAPA - FMEA - Supplier Audits - Quality Assurance Systems - ISO 9001 * Experience working with international suppliers. Nice to Have * Experience with naval programs, offshore projects or shipbuilding activities. * Knowledge of IACS, DNV, Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas or other classification society requirements. * Welding, fabrication or mechanical systems quality experience. * Knowledge of marine equipment manufacturing and supplier qualification processes.
