Senior Life Sciences Product Manager - Barcelona

As a Senior Product Manager at Welo Life Sciences, you own life sciences software products and bridge stakeholders with engineering. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to shape capabilities, drive adoption, and align software roadmaps with business goals. You’ll analyze data, set OKRs, and partner with clients and teams to deliver regulator-ready, scalable solutions. This role offers impact across regulated markets and a chance to influence product strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Shape and lead product roadmap for life sciences software solutions
• Define objectives and OKRs to drive adoption and impact
• Collaborate with engineering, clients, and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into tech plans
• Develop and monitor product metrics, analyze experiments, and provide actionable insights
• Lead product development cycles and coordinate launches with multiple stakeholders
• Document clear, granular requirements for implementation
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and align team on product vision
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, openness, and respect
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in tech-centric life sciences or related fields
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and localization platforms (including TMS, CAT tools, LQA, MT, and integrations)
• Proven track record delivering tech projects with user-centric focus
• Experience xqbhyrx with clinical trial management systems or patient data handling (preferred)
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements for clinical trials and document management (valued)
• Proficiency with MS Office and Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
• Background in cloud solutions, SaaS, or enterprise software development
• Clear written and verbal communication
