Lead Qualification Specialist - Barcelona

In this role you will engage high-priority inbound leads from Gartner.Com and conversations with director-level stakeholders to understand business needs and initiatives. You’ll qualify opportunities and smoothly transition them to Account Executives to ensure a world-class client experience. You will support campaign-driven outreach, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use CRM and engagement tools to track opportunities while developing your skills through mentorship and training. • Engage inbound leads from Gartner.Com to qualify interest and fit
• Assist in creating campaigns, recommendations, and business cases to accelerate opportunities
• Execute email outreach and outbound calls to enrich lead data and understand initiatives and priorities
• Route and assign leads using internal tools and Territory Management
• Deliver opportunity summaries and client expectations to partnering teams
• Coordinate with sales executives to progress leads through the sales cycle
• Track opportunities in CRM and engagement platforms
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship xcskxlj for professional development
• 1–2 years of business experience;
  IT space is a plus
• Telephone sales and persuasiveness skills

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
