  • Commission Assistance — Assist with questions related to supplier commission structures, commission levels, and payment processes.
  • Customer Service Coordination — Document and support the resolution of customer service issues involving suppliers and/or Travel Agents.
  • Content Facilitation — Coordinate and facilitate supplier content postings on social media and distribute relevant updates directly to the Agent network.
  • Training & Media Creation — Produce and deliver training materials, including videos, webinars, presentations, and educational sessions for Travel Agents and supplier partners.

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

  • Permanent Contract — A stable, long‑term position within a growing international travel company.
  • Monthly Net Salary — €2,400 net per month, plus all travel expenses and trip-related costs fully covered by the company.
  • Full-Time Schedule — 8-hour workdays with a 30‑minute lunch break.
  • Professional Growth — Strong opportunities to advance your career, take on new responsibilities, and grow alongside the company as it expands internationally.
  • Company Ambassador Role — Represent the brand in Spain and abroad, building high‑value relationships with suppliers, partners, and the travel agent network.
  • Travel Opportunities — Possibility to travel for supplier meetings, industry events, trade shows, and training sessions, with all expenses covered.
  • Dynamic Work Environment — A proactive, fast‑paced, open‑minded, and collaborative atmosphere that values creativity, initiative, and continuous learning.
  • Creative Engagement — Opportunities to produce videos, host webinars, deliver training sessions, and represent the company in digital and in‑person formats.
