You will work across functions
- finance, HR, legal, facilities, and vendor management
- to ensure that the infrastructure behind Bryq runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving practical problems, building systems from scratch, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You are the person who notices what everyone else is too busy to fix.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operational processes across functions including HR administration, procurement, vendor management, and facilitiesIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve speedManage relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoringSupport financial operations including budget tracking, expense management, and reportingCoordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metDevelop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures across the businessSupport HR operations including onboarding logistics, compliance tracking, and policy administrationPrepare operational reports and present findings to senior leadershipRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in an operations, business management, or office management roleStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience managing vendor relationships and procurement processesProficiency with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Google Workspace)Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishPreferred (Nice to xcskxlj Have)Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environmentExposure to HR operations or legal and compliance administrationExperience with financial reporting or budget managementProject management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)Competitive salary commensurate with experienceHybrid working with regular in-person team days25 days annual leave plus public holidaysSignificant scope to shape the role and build processes from the ground upDirect exposure to leadership and involvement in strategic decisionsProfessional development budget and support for relevant qualifications
