Demand Planner Iberia - Ecolab

In this role, you manage demand, supply, or raw materials for a medium portfolio within Ecolab’s global supply chain. You will coordinate with production and internal/external stakeholders to meet customer requirements through S&OP, capacity planning, and material resolution. The position offers exposure to multiple supply chain domains, with opportunities to lead small-to-medium continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work in a sustainability-minded, safety-focused culture that values ethics and cross-functional collaboration. • Own demand, supply, or raw material planning to meet customer requirements via S&OP, capacity planning, or material resolution
• Manage short-term scheduling/planning for large facilities or complex product lines
• Identify and solve problems in ambiguous situations
• Lead or participate in small-to-medium continuous improvement projects
• Leverage business and market knowledge to advance organizational goals
• Build internal/external partnerships to meet shared objectives
• Help design new processes or solutions to boost efficiency and performance
• Manage daily operational partnerships with plants, warehouses, and external suppliers
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study
• 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, finance, marketing, or related analytical discipline
• Significant experience with ERPs, advanced planning systems, analytical software
• High proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Effective communication with diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making and stakeholder consensus
• Ability to navigate complex policy, process, and people dynamics
