As Engineering Manager, you will lead teams shaping Flywire’s core payments architecture and scale our distributed, high-availability systems. You’ll balance strategic technical direction with people leadership, enabling AI-driven automation to improve payments compliance and risk. You’ll partner with Product, QA and SRE to align roadmaps and deliver impact at global scale. • 3+ years managing and mentoring engineering teams with track record in performance management and hiring
• 7+ years of software engineering experience on high-availability production systems and distributed architecture
• Hands-on experience building or supporting payment platforms, payment gateways, fintech products, or related domains
• Strong ability to communicate technical matters to non-technical stakeholders
