Power Solution Lead - Schneider Electric

Join Schneider Electric as a Digital Grid Power Solution Lead/Tender Manager in Seville. You will help design, deploy, and deliver ADMS and related grid software with a focus on customer outcomes and risk reduction. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams across Spain and internationally, translating customer needs into robust technical designs. This role offers hands-on project delivery, knowledge sharing, and opportunities to influence large utility-scale deployments in a global context. • Act as Power Solution Lead for one or more ADMS projects worldwide
• Produce and maintain detailed design documentation for power applications, OMS, and WOM
• Engage directly with customers on international projects and travel as needed
• Assess customer requirements and propose alternative solutions within the Power domain
• Track task progress within project schedules and report to PM
• Participate in all project phases including tendering, design, testing, and go-live
• Advise customers to help achieve business goals and act as trusted advisor
• Collaborate with Schneider Electric development teams to prioritize customer feature requests
• Provide input to Test Manager on testing perspective for power applications
• Support tendering and sales activities across business units
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate on-site and off-site activities during design, FAT/SAT, and go-live cutover
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and subcontractors
• Assist Support and Maintenance teams in issue handling within area of expertise
• Contribute to project delivery alongside cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in the software industry or software project delivery
• Experience with electrical xcskxlj power networks (including US and EU systems)
• Experience in requirement specification and software design; architectural solution experience preferred
• Knowledge of data modeling and testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with power system calculation tools
• Ability to travel internationally
• Knowledge of SCADA, OMS, DMS, EMS, GMS, WFMS, GIS, AMI is desirable
