Implementation Manager - Holded

As an Implementation Manager at Holded, you will own the SMB onboarding journey from scoping to go-live, translating clients’ business processes into Holded configurations. You’ll coordinate data migration, training, and workflow redesign to ensure immediate value and long-term retention. You will partner with product and support to scale onboarding, shaping templates and automation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that drives fast adoption and customer success in a growth-focused SaaS environment.

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients, including scoping, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live.
• Map client business processes (accounting, invoicing, inventory, HR, CRM) to Holded features.
• Act as primary technical liaison during implementation, coordinating with product and support teams.
• Identify risks and blockers early and manage timelines across multiple accounts.
• Deliver remote training and create client-specific guides, videos, and help articles.
• Collect post-implementation feedback and surface product gaps to the Product team.
• Contribute to scaling onboarding with templates, playbooks, and automation of repetitive tasks.
• 2-5 years in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles at a SaaS company targeting SMBs.
• Hands-on experience with at least one ERP/BI software (e.g., Holded, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, Sage) or similar.
• Strong understanding of core SMB processes: accounting, invoicing, inventory, payroll basics, or CRM.
• Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration across product, support, and customers.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to produce user training materials.
• Proactivity in identifying risks and driving issues to resolution.
• Experience with ERP/business management software (Holded, Odoo, Dynamics, Navision, Sage)
• Data migration skills (CSV, Excel, API-based imports)
• Experience with integration tools (Zapier, Make, native APIs)
