Service Sales Specialist – Electrification - Gijón

In this role you will drive service sales in the Northwest area of Spain, growing the installed base and selling the full Medium & Low Voltage service portfolio. You’ll develop strategic account plans, visit key end users, and build long-term relationships to deliver tailored service solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, pursue new market opportunities, and ensure financial KPIs are met. This position blends technical service delivery with strategic sales in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

• Drive service sales processes and opportunities in the Northwest area (Spain)
• Penetrate Installed Base and promote the full Medium & Low Voltage service portfolio (maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, value-added solutions)
• Develop and execute account plans for strategic end-user accounts
• Prioritize customer visits to build presence, trust, and account growth
• Grow portfolio mix and deliver tailored service solutions to customers
• Become a trusted advisor, understanding operations and anticipating needs
• Meet or exceed financial KPIs for service sales
• Generate service sales leads and identify new market opportunities using CRM (Salesforce)
• Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Collaborate with teams and continually learn to solve problems
• Engineering degree in Electrical engineering or similar xcskxlj
• 5+ years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service
• Experience with Salesforce; technical skills in MV/LV; delivering tailored solutions
• Knowledge of SAP is valuable
