Freenow by Lyft operates a multi-mobility app across 9 European markets and more than 180 cities, providing access to taxis, private hire vehicles, carsharing, car rental, e-scooters, e-bikes, e-mopeds, and public transport. The company also provides taxi companies with dispatch and fleet management software to support more efficient and sustainable operations.

Задачи:

• Prospect, engage, travel, and pitch the Dispatch tool to SME taxi companies in Spain
• Convert traditional vehicle fleets into modern, connected Freenow by Lyft partners
• Guide entrepreneurs, fleet owners, and senior dispatchers through operational change
• Gather partner feedback about the software and collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to co-build the solution
• Support local operations in the respective markets
• Own new client onboarding end to end
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners after onboarding
• Ensure continued partner satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.

Требования:

• 3-5 Years of professional experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
• Proven experience managing a B2B pipeline and handling objections
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
• Ability to understand partner business operations at a process level
• Ability to guide new partners through change and software adoption
• Willingness to spend up to 40-50% of working time traveling to meet partners
• Fluent English
• Fluent Spanish
• Nice to have: experience in mobility, logistics, or selling SaaS solutions to SMEs. xghoner
