Emea Adobe Technical Presales Specialist (French Speaker) - Td Synnex

In this role, you will support Adobe sales teams within the EMEA Center of Excellence for Data, AI and Applications, becoming a subject matter expert and driving vendor solution definitions. You’ll collaborate with sales to tailor configurations and bill of materials, while delivering POCs, demos, and technical webinars. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accreditation, and ongoing learning in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. • Collaborate with sales to design and configure vendor solutions, including a tailored Bill of Materials
• Deliver high-quality service and meet defined SLAs
• Explain product and tech information to internal and external audiences
• Handle product/solution inquiries from sales, vendors, and resellers
• Maintain peer-level technical contacts within assigned vendors
• Achieve vendor-related accreditations and deepen technical knowledge
• Support the Business Solution Centre to boost sales activity and partner utilization
• Provide presales technical support through POCs, demonstrations, and webinars for key stakeholders
• 2 years minimum experience in a similar Adobe-focused role
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong knowledge of Adobe product and technology portfolio
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills
• IT industry knowledge related to channels, vendors, competition and end users (desirable)
