Sales Specialist – Low Voltage Motors (Navarra/Gipuzkoa)

In this role you help run what runs the world by driving sales of Low Voltage IEC motors in the North Spain market. You will work with a cross-functional team to hit revenue and market share targets, develop new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll communicate terms, support marketing activities, and manage sales processes with a hands-on, proactive mindset. This position sits in Navarra or Gipuzkoa, in a dynamic, collaborative Motion – Induction Motors team.

• Sell Low Voltage IEC motors in the designated market in line with ABB's strategy
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets for growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Identify and develop new market opportunities
• Communicate delivery times, payments, and terms to customers per ABB offering
• Support marketing activities and articulate value propositions
• Manage administrative sales processes and support cash collection and project management as needed
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team in a hybrid work model
• Work from Navarra or Gipuzkoa and contribute to an experienced team
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or similar background
• Around 3 years of sales experience in technical/industrial environments
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Sales 7 Habits, customer intimacy, and industrial xcskxlj markets (COG, Pulp and Paper, Water, HVAC)
• Clear Hunter profile with proactive prospecting, identifying decision makers, building pipeline, challenging status quo
• Passion for communication, leadership, problem-solving, empathy and strategic thinking
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Valid driving license (B1) in Spain
