Senior Product Owner - Marbella

In this Front-End Product Owner role, you will drive gamification initiatives and align product roadmaps with the company OKRs. You’ll collaborate with onboarding, retention, Framework, and CMS teams to deliver high‑quality player and operator experiences. You’ll apply behavioral psychology and data insights to shape end‑to‑end gamified features, balancing creativity with analytics to boost engagement and retention across digital platforms. This role offers cross‑functional leadership, strategic influence, and a chance to scale product impact.

• Own the Product Roadmaps with prioritisation, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure detailed PRDs, functional specs, and best UX/UI across developments
• Define and drive gamification strategy aligned with engagement objectives
• Review peers’ product requirements and documentation
• Collaborate with senior management on product plans and roadmaps
• Develop and implement products consistent with the company vision
• Collect and analyse customer and stakeholder feedback to shape requirements
• Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies and ensure on‑time launches
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and opportunities
• Build relationships to embed the product vision across the organization
• 3 years of Product Owner experience with a technical background
• Strong understanding of gamification mechanics and behavioral psychology (motivation theories, habit loops)
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Agile framework
• Organisational and leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
