Associate Project Manager (Atc) - Barcelona

In this Project Lead role, you will steer end-to-end delivery of product and service projects for airline, avionics, and air transport clients. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Customer Service, Operations, and Product Management in a fast-paced, international setting. You’ll translate requirements into actionable plans, manage scope, risks, and stakeholders, and ensure outcomes align with business goals. This role offers the chance to shape delivery excellence across a global portfolio and contribute to sustainable, efficient flight operations.

• Lead projects from definition to delivery and closure, ensuring business and customer outcomes are met.
• Translate requirements into project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and risk responses.
• Coordinate geographically distributed, cross-functional teams and secure needed resources.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, changes, and escalation of constraints.
• Apply portfolio and project management standards, including governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
• Manage communications with customers and stakeholders, maintaining alignment on priorities and updates to senior management.
• Lead defined workstreams or sub-projects within larger programs and drive delivery to completion.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, results-oriented team culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering
• Minimum of three years’ project management experience delivering communications, telecommunications, or network infrastructure projects
• Experience managing projects across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid project delivery approaches
• Technical understanding of communications and networking environments
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams with multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
