Задачи

• Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and shape strategic initiatives
• Lead analytical deep dives to surface insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Visualize and communicate analytical findings clearly to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives
• Explore and prototype AI-driven automation opportunities to streamline investigations and improve decision-making

Требования

• Experience with predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, or data visualization
• Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including campaign optimization, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling, and incrementality analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into data-driven insights
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data in simple, actionable terms
• Proven work experience in data analytics or data science roles
• BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, experience automating recurring analytics workflows, Master’s, MBA, or PhD, English, Spanish, or Catalan language skills
