Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop, configure, and maintain applications on the BMC Helix platform
  
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions
  
• Customize Helix functionalities to improve performance and user engagement
  
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practice discussions within the team
  
• Document development processes and application designs for future reference
  
• Keep up-to-date with the latest updates in BMC Helix and relevant technologies
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related discipline
  
• Proven experience with BMC Helix or similar IT service management tools
  
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
  
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture
  
• Experience with database management systems, including SQL databases
  
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment xghoner
  
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in BMC Helix development or related IT certifications
