The role:

We are looking for a Social Media & PR Trainee to join our Marketing Department and support the day-to‑day management of influencers, social media activations, and PR initiatives across our key markets.

Your challenge:

• 
  
• Support the execution of the local PR and Social Media strategy
  
• Assist in the operational execution of Influencer Marketing and Press activities, focusing on organic seedings and collaborations
  
• Build and maintain influencer and press contact databases, fostering strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  
• Support the coordination of brand collaborations, PR activations, and social media campaigns
  
• Assist with operational tasks such as organizing asset folders, shipping influencer & PR samples, responding to inquiries, processing invoices, updating calendars, clipping, and content coordination
  
• Monitor and measure the results of PR and Social Media activations through regular reporting and KPI tracking
  
• Collaborate closely with departments such as Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and E-commerce
  
• Participation both on and off camera in the creation of social media content, particularly for TikTok Shop Live streams
  

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, or related fields
  
• Previous trainee or internship experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media
  
• Strong interest in beauty, fashion, and digital culture
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
  
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
  
• Highly motivated and excited to be part of a fast‑growing and dynamic company
