HR SENIOR TECHNICIAN

We’re looking for a talented and experienced HR Technician ready to be part of our team.

We are looking for a Human Resources with proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and a passion for talent development.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of 70+ employee teams, covering recruitment, admin operations, and talent development.
• Administration of HR systems (time tracking, leave management, attendance, and compliance audits).
• Implementation and oversight of HR policies in line with current labor legislation.
• Enforcement of occupational health and safety compliance across offices.
• Promotion of an open, empathetic communication culture across all company levels.
• Constructive conflict resolution matched to team dynamics.
• Design and execution of employee wellbeing, retention, and engagement programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of 50 or more people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in Spanish labor law and HR compliance.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with core HR software (time & attendance, leave tracking).
• Strong focus on employee growth and workplace well-being.
• Clear communication and active listening skills across diverse teams.
• Proven track record in fostering inclusive, collaborative work environments.
• Practical mediation skills with a constructive problem-solving approach.
• Adaptability to fast-paced industries (as video games industry).
• Strategic vision to align HR initiatives with core business goals.
• High multitasking capacity and strong task prioritization.

  • Long term position. 40 hours/week contract.
  • From 33k gross annual salary depending on experience.
  • Workplace at our Sevilla or Tenerife facilities. Hybrid work available as well.
