Задачи:

• Define the roadmap for future years with Game Leadership, aligning the game’s vision with commercial targets
• Drive a high-performance Live Operations strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
• Continuously optimize events and offers to maximize LTV and ARPU
• Streamline workflows and automate processes to reduce production times and costs
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new monetization systems from conceptual design to post-launch optimization
• Audit existing monetization systems for untapped potential
• Lead hypothesis-driven development through A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI forecasting models
• Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence
• Serve as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders
• Elevate the game’s profile across the organization

Требования:

• 6+ Years of experience in Product Management of F2P games across Mobile, PC, or Console
• Proven impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights
• Proficiency with advanced analytics tools
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• Ability to distill complex strategies into compelling narratives for executive leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Nice to have: MBA or advanced degree, Product Manager experience in other markets, strong grasp of Game Design fundamentals and behavioral economics, passion for or professional experience xghoner with Racing Games, experience with Cross-Platform games or both mobile and PC/Console, experience in a role involving team management duties
