About the Role
Perk is building a modern, AI-powered outbound and pipeline generation motion in close partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership. The Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering function sits at the centre of this transformation, designing and operating the data infrastructure, Clay-based enrichment systems, and AI-driven workflows that enable our revenue teams to execute at scale.
This is not a traditional RevOps or systems admin role. The Senior GTM Engineer is a hands-on builder: someone who constructs sophisticated Clay workflows from scratch, engineers AI-powered enrichment pipelines, and translates signal-based prospecting strategies into production‑ready systems. As AI continues to reshape B2B sales, this role is responsible for staying ahead of the curve and identifying where LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation can replace manual effort and improve outbound precision.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Systems, and works closely with the central GTM Engineering team, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership. It offers a direct, visible impact on how Perk builds and scales its commercial engine. xqbhyrx
