The Role

We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Key Account Manager to join our client's commercial team for the Spanish Mass Market channel (Home Care, Automotive, Personal Care). A hands-on, relationship-driven role combining strategic account planning with day-to-day negotiation.

What You'll Be Doing

• 
  
• Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts across Home Care, Automotive, and Personal Care
  
• Drive sales growth and expand distribution across your assigned portfolio
  
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional plans, and pricing with major retail partners
  
• Analyse customer performance, margins, and profitability
  
• Spot new business opportunities and support new product launches
  
• Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to execute commercial plans
  
• Coordinate with distributors, wholesalers, and external agents
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the Mass Market/FMCG channel
  
• Proven experience in Home Care, Automotive, or Personal Care
  
• Experience managing multiple brands and product portfolios
  
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
  
• Results-oriented, resilient, and proactive
  
• Fluent English required; Italian is a plus
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within Spain (at least 50%)
  
• Nice to have: experience with distributors, wholesalers, and external agents
  

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 gross annual (depending on experience)

Variable Package: 14% to 24% based on annual sales targets

Location & Work Mode (hybrid)

Madrid, Spain — 6 days per month smart working, with the remaining time on-site.
