Junior Graphic Designer, Branding (Europe)

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a brief portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

You’ll be responsible for adapting and localising marketing materials for the European markets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution across all deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

• 
  
• Adapt digital and print marketing materials for product launches, promotions, events and local market campaigns.
  
• Localise global marketing assets for different European markets, ensuring brand consistency and correct visual implementation.
  
• Work closely with the Marketing team to adapt layouts, visuals and messaging for local needs.
  
• Support the preparation of marketing materials for events, promotions and sales initiatives.
  
• Perform basic video editing and content adaptation for digital channels and social media.
  
• Manage translations and artwork updates across multiple markets, coordinating with external translation agencies when required.
  
• Maintain and organise marketing assets, templates and brand resources.
  
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all creative deliverables.
  
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and asset management processes.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Design or Marketing Design.
  
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects for simple video adaptations.
  
• Experience with Canva and Figma.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple adaptation projects simultaneously.

• This role is primarily focused on the adaptation and localisation of existing marketing materials rather than the creation of new creative campaigns.
