Corporate Total Rewards Director

Our client is a multinational industrial company, a benchmark player in its sector, with presence across multiple countries and a well-established corporate structure. As part of the growth and continued professionalisation of its People function, the company is looking to appoint a Corporate Total Rewards Director, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.

Key responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead the global Total Rewards strategy: compensation, benefits, job architecture, salary review, incentive programmes and international mobility.
  
• Act as the organisation's technical point of reference on reward matters, advising senior leadership on complex compensation decisions.
  
• Drive greater visibility and analysis of workforce costs in partnership with Finance.
  
• Manage international mobility processes and sensitive cases (expatriation, repatriation, relocations).
  
• Influence and challenge senior stakeholders, balancing internal equity, external competitiveness and governance.
  

What we are looking for

We are looking for a professional with a well-established track record in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits (minimum 8 years), with international experience, who is at a point in their career where they are looking to take on a long-term project with room for growth and stability, rather than a stepping stone.

• University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Solid experience within multinational and complex organisations, ideally in industrial environments.
  
• Fluent English is essential; professional Spanish is highly valued.
  
• A hands-on leadership style, combining strategic vision with attention to detail.
  
• Confidence and credibility to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
